📦 Refund Policy — Aureva Paris

At Aureva Paris, customer satisfaction is a priority. If your order doesn't suit you, you have 30 days after receipt to request a return or refund, according to the conditions below.

Products eligible for return

• Unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging.
• The return must be made within 30 days of delivery. Any return outside this timeframe or in unsealed packaging will not be eligible for a refund, and the package will be sent back to you as is.
• Non-functional product (excluding shipping and transport damage): free replacement, return shipping covered by us.

⚠️ Opened, unsealed, or used cosmetic products cannot be refunded for hygiene and safety reasons.

No refund can be issued while the package is in transit or not yet delivered. The customer must first receive the product, then return it. The refund is only processed after our team receives and inspects the return.

Refund Once the return is approved:

• The refund will be issued within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in case of an error on our part or a defective product.

Received a damaged or incorrect product? Contact us at contact@aurevaparis.com within 48 hours with a photo of the package and the product concerned. We are committed to resolving the issue quickly.

Return procedure

1. Email us at contact@aurevaparis.com with your order number.
2. Wait for our team's approval and return address.
3. Carefully package the product and return it within the allotted timeframe.
