Shipping At Aureva Paris, we prepare and ship your order with the greatest care.

• Processing and shipping time: 24 to 48 business hours on averages.
• USA: 7 to 10 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly during high-demand periods (sales, holidays…).

Returns Changed your mind? No worries. You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to request a return. If any of the conditions below are not met, you will not be eligible for a refund and the package will be sent back to you as we received it.

Return conditions:

• The product must be unopened and in its original sealed packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in case of an error on our part.
