📄 Terms of Sale — Aureva Paris

These Terms of Sale govern the sale of products offered on www.aurevaparis.com. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these terms in full.

2. Products
Aureva Paris sells the product description, not the exact item shown in the photo. Photographs have no contractual value. Aureva Paris works with qualified suppliers who manage inventory. Aureva Paris reserves the right to modify product features or packaging at any time without notice to improve the customer experience.

3. Orders
Any order confirmed on the site constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms. An order confirmation is sent by email to the customer after each purchase.

4. Pricing
Displayed prices are in US dollars ($), all taxes included where applicable. Shipping is free on all orders. Aureva Paris reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The price applied is the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

5. Payment
Payment is made online via secure methods: Shopify Payments, credit card, or PayPal. Banking information is never stored by Aureva Paris.

6. Shipping
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours. Delivery time: 7 to 10 business days within the USA. A tracking number is sent by email. Aureva Paris cannot be held responsible for carrier delays.

7. Returns
The customer has 30 days from receipt of the order to request a return, in accordance with our Refund Policy. Please refer to that page for full details and conditions.

8. Liability
Aureva Paris cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of purchased products. It is the customer's responsibility to read the instructions and usage precautions provided.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on aurevaparis.com (text, images, visuals, logos) is protected by intellectual property rights. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

10. Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. Failing that, the courts of the State of New Mexico shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
